Miguna is back in the country. The controversial author of Peeling Back the Mask returned from his holiday in Canada and dismissed claims that he fled after publishing a book criticizing the PM. Miguna who outlined a myriad of issues that need to be addressed in the country maintains that the country needs to change the calibre of leaders it elects if it has to make any strides.
